Luxor Tours

Luxor — ancient Thebes — concentrates more monuments than anywhere on Earth. On the East Bank stand Karnak and Luxor Temples; across the Nile lie the Valley of the Kings, the tomb of Tutankhamun and Hatshepsut's terraced temple. Our private Luxor tours are led by licensed Egyptologists who bring the New Kingdom back to life.

What to See in Luxor

Karnak Temple is the largest religious complex of the ancient world, connected to Luxor Temple by the restored Avenue of Sphinxes. On the West Bank, the Valley of the Kings shelters the painted tombs of Tutankhamun, Ramesses VI and Seti I, near the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. A dawn hot air balloon flight over the Theban necropolis is one of the world's great sunrise experiences.

Luxor by Nile Cruise or Day Tour

Most of our guests reach Luxor aboard a four- or five-star Nile cruise between Luxor and Aswan, calling at Edfu and Kom Ombo along the way. Prefer land? We arrange private Luxor day tours from a hotel base, East and West Bank itineraries, and multi-day Cairo–Luxor–Aswan packages with domestic flights and every transfer handled.
